About Us

WELCOME TO

THE ROYAL INDIAN JOURNEY

THE

HISTORY

The Mughals were known for their prowess in administration, art and architecture, but much more is to be said of them as epicureans. Using rare ingredients, with a fusion of cooking techniques, they created a cuisine that holds an invitation to paradise, in every morsel. Gazebo takes unabashed pride in the presence of chefs, who are descendants of the ‘bawarchis’ and ‘rakabdars’ who presided over the Mughal kitchens. Not only does this enable us to do every culinary masterpiece justice, but also allows to retain the authenticity of the amazing dishes recreated, using 200-year-old recipes.

THE

CUISINE

Gazebo has perfected the ‘Dum Pukht’ style of cooking; where food is cooked on low flame, trapping all the natural flavours inside, resulting in fragrantly delicious dishes. With live coal placed in layers under the cooking cauldrons, to impart the right amount of heat, every dish is made to perfection. The exquisite aroma, effervescent flavours and presence of exotic ingredients call for an encore of these masterpieces, that are a true appreciation of the finer things in life.

THE

MASTERPIECES

Needless to say, the Biryani at Gazebo is legendary – the uncrowned king on the menu. However, aside form being the pioneers of Dum Pukht Biryani in the UAE, Gazebo offers a mouthwatering miscellany of culinary gems. With an impressively extensive selection of succulent Kababs, luxurious Curries, aromatic Biryanis and decadent Desserts, there’s something to satisfy every gourmand. Bringing to the table, traditional recipes and flavours from the royal kitchens of Lucknow, Awadh and the North Western Frontier, Gazebo is an unforgettable dining experience.

THE

AMBIENCE

It goes without saying that Gazebo is much more than just another Indian restaurant. It is a gastronomical escapade par excellence, complete with a warm ambience and welcoming service with a smile. It’s a royal Indian journey in the truest sense, where you’re transported to the yesteryears the second you walk in. The mood lighting, soothing music, awe-inspiring decor and divinely cozy seating arrangements, with the comfort of private dining at most branches, truly make for a magnificent experience.

The food was excellent. It was served hot and very, very tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It all was very fresh and we enjoyed every dish we ordered. The lovely gentlemen who served us were very kind and friendly and met every need of ours without any hesitation. The restaurant wasn't crowded, which was nice, and was neat and clean. We were happy with every aspect of our experience. Thank you so much.

There are only a few restaurants in Dubai that really grab the perfect Indian sense, and Gazebo definitely makes it to the list. After going there over the period of more than 10 years, I do not even have words to describe all the happy moments created there. They really are one of the best Indian restaurants near you in Dubai!

Gazebo in Al Jurf, Ajman is one place where you can get great food and good service every time you visit. Their tomato soup is everyone’s favourite. All varieties of veg and non veg starters are delicious. Tried methi malai kababs and fish tikka, which were awesome. Veg dum biryani is flavoursome and filling. But the one dish we always go to this restaurant for is Raan E Sikandari, slow cooked lamb in masala, perfectly marinated with spices and it’s juicy. Every bite melts in your mouth. Every time we go, I end up eating and forgetting to take pictures. That’s how good the food is!

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to in quite some time, where you can enjoy the ambience and the quality of the food. We enjoyed Veg food, with the Paneer Tikka, Stuffed Mushroom, Subzi Hyderabadi and Kadai Mushroom. We also tried Taftan which is a spinoff of the Phulkas, and the Vilayati Biryani was also fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed the food! The courtesy and service by their staff was also great.

We had an eye on this restaurant for a long time, so we tried it out yesterday and I just loved the ambience. In a small place they have made a private sitting area with curtains. Coming to the food, we ordered biryani and chicken tandoori. Portions were quite large and the chicken was fresh, even my little one savoured it. Overall a nice place to have Mughlai and North Indian cuisine.

Gazebo’s standard and quality of food has been renowned for years now. Having been a regular here since my childhood, I have always grown to love the food here. The taste of food is always supreme and in contention with some of the best Indian Restaurants in the UAE. The authentic Indian cuisine at a reasonable price makes it our favorite spot to enjoy a good meal.

Visited Gazebo City Center Ajman for lunch today with family. Ordered dum murgh shorba, stuffed seekh and biryani. The order was served quickly and we enjoyed the meal. Staff are very professional as well as supportive. The server’s recommendations are superb. Decent ambiance to enjoy Indian food, especially biryani & kababs. Also, they maintain hygiene very strictly.

Amazing experience. Murgh Musallam Biryani, Roganjosh, Masala Papad, Reshmi Kabab, Malai Kabab and Chicken Dum Biryani were fantastic. It has the taste I have never eaten at any other restaurant, just mouth watering. All the staff of Gazebo are very welcoming and friendly. We are definitely going to come back!!!

Indeed one of the best restaurants in Dubai. A must visit to all expats and tourists. Been a regular customer of Gazebo since 2010, and the taste and service stays the same or keeps getting better and better. Choosing the spice level is much appreciated as we are non-Indians and the spice level soothes our taste, specially my kids. We feel that the staff really value their work as they are very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! Cheers!

The staff is very friendly, the ambiance is very comfy and good. The food is exceptional here, we have tried tikka biryani and butter chicken with butter nan and they were amazing! The prices are suitable and portion size is big (we were 3 and we ordered 1 plate of biryani and 2 plates of butter chicken which was more than enough). I highly recommend this restaurant.
